Order Processing

All Mia Beads jewellery is handmade to order. Orders are dispatched within 14 days of the order date.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing at miabeadsbyele@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia and internationally. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes below are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and circumstances outside our control.

Within Australia:

• Standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch

International:

• Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be indicated at checkout

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, public holidays, or other events outside our control.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your shipping notification email will include a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you — redelivery costs may apply.

 

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at miabeadsbyele@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
